Where are you from?
I am from Montreal Canada and I went to Concordia University. I currently live in Osaka, Japan.

Teaching Experience
I am a teacher Instructor of ESL 18 years experience.

I am a self-motivated and organized professional in education with over 18 years' experience providing thorough and skillful support to learners of English. I am skilled in cultivating positive relationships with clients and colleagues; particularly adept at communicating with clarity and
diplomacy to individuals from diverse cultural and organizational backgrounds.

Native in English and fluent in French and with basic to semi conversational Japanese.

Business / Education
I have taught conversational English, business English, and TOEIC strategies at a language center as well as at companies and universities. I have also trained teachers (using Strategic Management Process), gave university demo lessons, and performed other management duties (made teacher’s schedules, assessed student’s levels, and wrote student’s progress reports).

I've also taught business classes and seminars with a wide variety of outsourcing companies in the Kansai Area. I've also taught Presentations, Negotiations, and Meetings in English and with Western cultural points to ease students to other cultural situations.

Last position prior to move to Japan from Canada was with CPR.

In my lessons...
We will focus on learning objectives and experiences that are challenging but attainable. We do this by encouraging your natural curiosity, exploration, and self-directed learning.
We provide encouragement, positive reinforcement, and support and effectively bringing out the best in you.

Interests
I'm a family-oriented individual who participates in Japanese cultural activities from Danjri to local community events. In my free time I organize baseball and soccer instruction with my children and their local little league teams.
