Where are you from? What makes your city/country great?
I was born and raised in New York City but lived in Germany for four years when I was a young child because my father was in the United States Army. I graduated college from Westwood College in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been living in Sendai, Japan, for three years.

What kind of ESL experience do you have?
I taught English in Japan for two years before I was in Japan. I taught deputies training at the Sheriff's Department for eight years. When teaching English, I have taught English to students as young as one year old to older adults for private lessons.

What kind of business / academic experience do you have?
Before coming to ALC, I taught English at a Kindergarten for one and a half years. Then, I taught private lessons for students from the ages of six to the ages of 60. I enjoy teaching English to people because it brings me joy to see the changes I help bring to them as they progress in learning.

What makes your lessons special?
In my lessons, you will feel comfortable speaking English and have the confidence to start a conversation with another without having any hesitations. I want you to have fun while we learn English together.

Interests
My interest are into the art world from manga, anime to drawing. I also love building Gundam models as well as other types of models too. I do a lot of photography of the countryside of Sendai, Japan. But my favorite is learning to play the shamisen and listening to the sound.
