自己紹介

Where are you from?
I am from Sri Lanka and went to Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Beppu, Oita. I currently work as an English teacher in Fukuoka.

Teaching Experience
I have been teaching English in Japan for the past five years. I first started teaching English to Japanese school students as part-time or as exchange activities through my university. Upon graduation, I decided to work full time. Currently, I teach English at Elementary and Junior High Schools.

Business / Education
I work alongside a Japanese teacher who supports me with the lesson. I am the main teacher who conducts the lesson. I am responsible for making lesson plans, activities, and games and preparing students for speaking tests.

In my lessons...
In my lessons, you will learn the right way to use words, be it in your daily life or a business situation. I will help you improve your pronunciation and intonation. Please do not hesitate to ask to interrupt me and ask questions. The more questions you have, the more you improve. But, most importantly, let's have fun together.

Interests
I am a huge fan of dancing and singing. These two have been my hobbies since a very young age. I am also a skincare and makeup enthusiast. Since recently I have taken a great interest in making TikTok videos.
