Where are you from?
I've recently moved to the Lake District, an area in the north west of England. This region has the largest national park in England, with the highest mountain and the deepest lake! The area is a UNESCO world heritage site - with fantastic landscapes that inspired the poetry of William Wordsworth.

Teaching Experience
I have worked in the ESL industry since 2010, including 4 years spent teaching in Japan. During my teaching career I have worked with students from a variety of backgrounds, and levels. I have taught business English in corporate settings, worked in Japanese schools, and taught in English conversation schools.

Business / Education
At university I earned a history and politics degree. I have worked as a teacher in English state school for nearly 10 years.
During this time I taught history to students aged between 11 and 18.

My lessons are...
My experience enables me to identify how best to help students improve and offer advice and guidance to ensure they achieve this. My sense of humour helps me to create a relaxed and friendly learning environment,
within which I encourage students to enjoy lessons, express themselves freely, and develop their English ability.
