Where are you from?
There’s so much that makes South Africa special. We have 12 official languages and a wonderful mix of cultures and traditions. I also love how rich our biodiversity is, from our wildlife and plant life to the completely different landscapes you find across the country. You can experience the bush, mountains, forests, and beautiful beaches, all without leaving South Africa. It’s a really unique place to call home.

Teaching Experience
I am TEFL certified and have over a year of online teaching experience working with both young and adult learners. I enjoy making lessons practical, engaging, and easy to follow, with a big focus on helping students feel comfortable and confident speaking English.

Business / Education
I have a pretty varied work background. I’ve worked in administration, hospitality, and tourism, and I’ve also been involved in training and developing learning materials. A lot of my work involves research, preparing documents, communicating with clients, and keeping different projects organised. I also have experience in marketing, graphic design, and web design, so I’ve worked in quite a few different areas over the years.

In my lessons...
I think what makes my lessons special is that I’m patient and I genuinely want my students to feel comfortable with me. I know everyone learns differently, so I like to get to know my students and adjust my lessons to what works for them. I’m also quite creative, so I enjoy finding different ways to make things easier to understand. I want my students to enjoy our lessons, feel comfortable making mistakes, and become more confident in their English.
