Where are you from?
I am from South Africa. It's a warm and friendly country - very vibrant, with great food and a rich mix of different cultures and ethnicities. We have been voted the friendliest country in the world, the 4th most athletic country, and Cape Town has been voted the most beautiful city in the world for many years.
Teaching Experience
I have experience teaching young learners, adult learners, professionals, and business English. I also teach Cambridge exam preparation. I have taught both online and offline in different countries.
Business / Education
I have 14 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience in the corporate world, as well as 8 years of global teaching experience.
In my lessons...
My lessons are special because they’re fully personalized. I take time to understand each student’s goals, learning style, and confidence level. I create lessons that are engaging, clear, and practical, focusing on real communication rather than just textbook grammar.
I also bring warmth and encouragement into every class. I want my students to enjoy learning, feel comfortable making mistakes, and see visible progress each week. Many of my students say they feel more confident and relaxed speaking English after just a few lessons.
